Account deletion

Request deletion of your SOLmate account and remove your personal data by contacting support through in-app chat, WhatsApp, or email.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Submit a support request

Contact our support team using one of the following methods:

In-App Support tab: Open the SOLmate app and select Support.
WhatsApp: Message us at +27 60 575 74 90.
Email: Send a request to support@solmate.co.za.

2. Verify your identity

Provide your full name, registered phone number, and any other information our team may request to confirm ownership.

3. Confirmation

Our team will contact you to confirm your request. You may be asked to complete further verification to ensure account security.

4. Account deletion

Once confirmed, your account will be deleted, and you'll receive final confirmation from our team.

Agent's account deletion

This applies to both standard SOLmate users and registered SOLmate Agents. If you are an Agent, please specify this in your request so we can assist accordingly.
