I haven't received my money

Troubleshooting guide covering expected timeframes for different SOLmate deposit and withdrawal methods.

We understand delays can be frustrating. Here's a breakdown by payment type, whether you're depositing into or sending from your SOLmate wallet.

ATM Deposits: Same day or by the next business day.
EFT in: Can take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
RTC (Real-Time Clearing) in: Reflects within 1 hour, even on weekends and public holidays.
Retail Deposits (Pay@ barcode): Reflect within 15 minutes to a few hours, but may take up to 1 business day.
WiCode Deposit: Immediately.
EFT out: May take up to 3 business days, depending on the recipient's bank.
RTC (Real-Time Clearing) out: Funds should reflect within 60 minutes, depending on the receiving bank. On weekends, it may take up to 1 day.
Ewallet: Recipient should receive an SMS with voucher details within a few minutes.
WiCode Withdrawal & deposit: The code must be used at the selected retailer within 60 minutes.
