How do I receive EFT payments into my SOLmate wallet?

You can receive EFT payments directly into your SOLmate wallet. Here's how to access your payment details:

Steps to access and share your EFT details

1. Open the Main Menu in your SOLmate app.
2. Tap Receive Money.
3. Select EFT from Bank.
4. Choose to Download or Share your payment confirmation letter.

Important

• Make sure your mobile number is used as the payment reference.
• Payments usually reflect in your wallet within 1–2 business days.
• Instant EFT (RTC) may reflect sooner depending on the sender's bank.

How do I top up my SOLmate wallet with cash?

If you'd prefer to top up your SOLmate balance using cash, you have two options:

Option 1: ATM cash deposit

1. Tap Top Up in your app.
2. Select ATM.
3. Follow the instructions provided.
4. Always use your mobile number as the reference to avoid delays.

Option 2: Pay@ at participating retailers

1. Tap Top Up.
2. Select Pay@.
3. Visit a participating retailer (such as Shoprite, Checkers, PEP, Boxer).
4. Show your phone screen to the cashier.
5. Pay your chosen amount.

Participating store availability may vary. Your app will show nearby outlets.
