How do I reset or change my SOLmate App PIN?

If you need to reset or change your SOLmate app PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Open your SOLmate app and log in using your registered number.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. Tap Change App PIN Code.
  4. An OTP (One-Time PIN) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
  6. Set your new 5-digit secret PIN.
  7. Re-enter the same PIN to confirm.
